I love Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a beautiful place
naturally, but it is also full of church history. The early members of the
church would come here to quarry granite for the Salt Lake Temple. Forty-years
in the making is no small feat, and it still stands beautifully today as a
monument to their sacrifice.
Carter enjoyed himself immensely, especially when we allowed
him to escape from his backpack. It is special to bring him here when both
Tanner’s and my family history lines are full of pioneers. We certainly are
blessed to enjoy the fruits of their labors.

Such beautiful scenery. These canyons always remind me and mom and dad. They loved their memories of drives with picnics and Grandma Adams up the canyons. We are so very blessed for our heritage. A gift given to us. Love you guys, and look forward to seeing you soon.
